## Course Overview

Course Focus: Building software reliably and predictably in teams.

- Coursework: Programming, class discussions, and group projects
- Interaction with guest speakers and outside clients
- Main Deliverable: Your Team
- Two Projects
  - Startup Project based on your own ideas
  - Client Project where multiple teams work with a client on their product concept using AI and harness development.
- Self paced labs for skill building
- Evaluation: Based on a series of factors in group project
  - Team feedback
  - Quality of Deliverable

## Attendance and Punctuality

- Class starts at 3:30pm

- 5 points for each on-time attendance; 3 points attending late
- 5 points for attending 19 classes on time

## Self Paced Labs

- Build and validate react and basic “DevOps” type full stack skills
- Drawn from common questions for Front End Devs
- First Lab Due Tuesday
- Half of labs due mid quarter; half due end of quarter
- Uses Github Classroom and autograding to validate completion

## The First Lab

A basic React/Typescript project committed to GitHub and deployed on Firebase hosting.
